Video Encoding Pipeline
End-to-end video encoding pipeline for a health-tech platform, from hardware specification to production deployment.
Problem
The company's medical education content team had no automated way to process, encode, and publish video content. Manual workflows were error-prone and required technical staff for every publish cycle.
Approach
Designed and built a complete video encoding pipeline owning the full lifecycle: concept, hardware specification, server configuration, software toolchain development, and production deployment. Integrated FFmpeg-based transcoding with Slack, MicroCMS, Cloudflare R2, and Google Drive to enable non-technical team members to publish content seamlessly.
Outcomes
Eliminated manual video processing workflows. Non-technical team members can now publish content independently. Reduced publishing cycle time significantly.
