Problem

Teams spent significant manual hours on document extraction from complex unstructured documents, meeting summarization, and generating reports and documentation.

Approach

Designed and implemented enterprise AI workflows using n8n, LLM-based OCR, VLLM, Ollama, Llama.cpp, and Whisper. Built AI agent orchestration frameworks to streamline cross-departmental operations. Automated document extraction including handwritten forms, meeting summarization, and auto-generated documentation in Notion.

Outcomes

Significantly reduced manual working hours across departments. Automated previously manual document extraction and reporting workflows.
